President's Message

Warm greetings to you all. Speaking of warmth, it seems like the change from the balmy temperatures of just a few short weeks ago to our current climate as both sudden and extreme. William Bridges writes about how as human beings it is not so much change that we resist but the process of transition, during which we are challenged to let go of some previous aspect of our selves. When change is sudden we can feel that we’ve lost the benefit of anticipation and of going through an actual transitional process.
