President's Message

Hello to all SALGES members. As I write this we are in the final hours of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. This two week period has produced a plethora of memorable events for Canadians as well as for our global neighbours. The Games have also been a microcosm for the reality that death and life are inter- mingled. The unfolding moments before the opening ceremony witnessed the tragic and shocking death of 21-year-old Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritashvili.
